After meeting through the dating app Bumble and falling in love, Dallen and Victoria wanted a wedding customizable to their needs. When they decided on a Danville Farmers’ Market wedding, their vision was fulfilled. A farmer’s market may not be your average wedding venue, but it created a gorgeous scenery for Erika from Joy Shots Photography to capture, and it highlighted the couple’s unique style.
The couple got ready for their wedding at the The Bee Hotel in Danville, and Erika captured many sweet moments of the bridal party doting on Victoria and preparing her for the big day!
Dallen and Victoria loved the old, reclaimed wood at the farmer’s market. They decorated it in vibrant greenery, adding a unique flair to the setting. But the rustic, floral beauty wasn’t their favorite part of the Danville Farmer’s Market wedding.
“Our favorite part about it was how much of a blank slate it was,” Victoria said. “We were able to customize (the venue) and get it exactly the way we wanted.”
Their favorite memory from the wedding in Danville was when the officiant introduced them as husband and wife, and they walked down the aisle to the sound of cheering from their loved ones—a beautiful moment captured by Erika.
“Erika made us feel comfortable being ourselves,” Dallen said. “Her experience and patience were a calming factor in all of the wedding craziness.”
